Envoy: Blair Decided On Iraq War a Year Before Invasion

Former British prime minister Tony Blair decided up to a year before the Iraq invasion that it would not resist the US drive to oust Saddam Hussein. This is according to the former British ambassador to Washington, Sir Christopher Meyer. Meanwhile, a devastating official memo has come to light that warned the former prime minister that war on Iraq would be illegal eight months before he sent troops into Baghdad.
